Registration
The registration system will open in October. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding with registration. Note that it will take considerable time to process any payment changes or credit card cancellations.
Registration payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only.
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to pay the registration fee for inclusion in the Technical Program. The registration policy stipulates that a fee must be paid for each paper. If you have more than one paper, you can select the additional paper fee for each extra paper.
Accepted and presented papers may be published optionally in “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS),” Springer, as conference proceedings. RiTA 2024 will be a hybrid conference, offering both physical and virtual attendance options. All Korean presenters are encouraged to attend in person. The regular or student registration fee includes reception, refreshments, banquet, two lunches, program booklet, and technical tour (Hyundai Motor’s tour). There are two optional tours: the Ulsan Moonlight Tour, here on Friday, December 6, and the Gyeongju Tour, here on Saturday, December 7. These tours are available for $10 and $50, respectively.

You can select one of two payment methods; credit card or bank wire. Bank wire payment should reach the bank account below no later than Oct 31, 2024. All handling charges are to be paid by registrants.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after Oct 31, 2024. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to Oct 31. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.
